始於1957年,張榮記粉麵廠在越半世紀之時間內,由一間在店後運作,只製造5、6種粉麵的小型製麵廠發展成現在擁有近五千尺廠房的大型粉麵製造廠。現在張榮記生產之產品有近100多種,所有製品百份百本港製造,再配合傳統的造麵技術和優質的選料,產品均屬於高質素。本廠出品之濕粉麵類包括怡保/越南河粉,伊麵全蛋炒麵,生麵,瀨粉,銀針粉,檬粉,油麵,粗油麵,冷麵,上海麵,日式拉麵,各式皮類等。其濕製麵類在數十年來均備受各大酒店,飲食集團及高級食肆支持和賞識,成為張榮記長期批發客戶。

除了濕麵製品外,本廠出品之乾麵製品均譣遠近馳名。其乾麵亦由最基本的優質麵粉和雞蛋配合上等材料而成;如,著名的鮑魚瑤柱蝦子麵,吉品純正鮑魚麵,瑤柱蝦子麵都是採用原隻鮑魚和瑤柱磨蓉,混入麵粉打製而成。所有麵絛只需用清水一煮,不用加任何調味便已味道鮮美,爽滑可口。

近年,張榮記致力革新,推出各類精美乾麵禮盒,顧客可自選其所喜歡的乾麵配搭,為親友送上獨一無二、別俱心意的禮盒。

Founded in 1957, Cheung Wing Kee Noodles Factory Company Limited (Cheung Wing Kee) was just a small factory capable of producing only a few kinds of products. After half a century of development, Cheung Wing Kee is now a 5,000 sq. ft. factory that manufactures nearly 100 different types of noodles products. Cheung Wing Kee produces noodles by using the best ingredients from around the world combining the latest technology with the traditional method of noodle-making. Over the past decades Cheung Wing Kee has been the long-term supplier of different high-end food and beverage outlets; providing freshly made wet noodles daily to clients such as 5-star hotels and fine dining restaurants.

Other than wet noodles products, Cheung Wing Kee's dried noodles are made of high quality ingredients made from premium flour and eggs. For example, the famous Shrimp-Egg Noodles w/ Dreied Scallop & Abalone, Abalone Noodles and Shrimp-Egg Noodles with dried Scallops are both made with whole abalones and scallops. All of the noodles can be deliciously cooked by simply boiling it in plain water, because the abalones and scallops are grinded and mixed into the flour during production.

In recent years, Cheung Wing Kee is dedicated to innovation and has launched a series of dried noodles gift box sets. Customers can pick and choose their own favorite noodles and let their significant ones enjoy the tailor-made gift box.
